Ingredients
- appropriate amount of pork shoulder (or pork belly)
- scallion and ginger to taste
- half teaspoon huadiao wine
- 20g light soy sauce
- 10g oyster sauce

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- cooking oil to taste
- white sesame seeds to taste
- chili powder to taste
Instructions
- 1Cut the meat into evenly sized 1-knuckle-wide pieces and put into a large bowl
- 2Add scallion, ginger, huadiao wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper and a small amount of cumin powder, mix well by hand
- 3Add cornstarch and mix well again
- 4Add a little cooking oil to lock in moisture, marinate for 20 minutes then remove and discard scallion and ginger
