- 500g eggplant
- cooking oil to taste
- soy sauce to taste
- white sugar to taste
Instructions
- 1Wash the eggplant and tear it into small pieces by hand
- 2Dry the moisture in the wok, add the eggplant and fry over low heat, stir occasionally, fry until each side of the eggplant changes color and the whole eggplant softens
- 3Add cooking oil, stir fry over medium-low heat to coat every piece of eggplant with oil
