  • 500g eggplant
  • cooking oil to taste
  • soy sauce to taste
  • white sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. 1Wash the eggplant and tear it into small pieces by hand
  2. 2Dry the moisture in the wok, add the eggplant and fry over low heat, stir occasionally, fry until each side of the eggplant changes color and the whole eggplant softens
  3. 3Add cooking oil, stir fry over medium-low heat to coat every piece of eggplant with oil
