  • a little soy sauce
  • water, to taste
  • chopped scallions, to taste

Instructions

  1. 1Mix the cut ground pork with fish paste, add pepper, salt and soy sauce to season
  2. 2Add water in small portions multiple times and stir the minced meat evenly
